What’s the shipping and delivery timeline?

Shipping

1. Your order ships in 1 to 5 business days, with US delivery in 7 to 20 business days, and 10 to 25 business days internationally.
   
   • Still within 5 business days from the order date.
     • Your order will be processed and shipped within 1 to 5 business days. If your order ships sooner than anticipated, we’ll send you an email with your tracking information and shipping confirmation. You will be able to track your order directly from the email sent to the address you provided.
     • If your tracking info isn’t received by day 5, please review your Spam or Junk email folders.
     • If you didn’t receive the email, please email us through our Contact Form page so we can check.
   • Beyond 5 business days from the order date.
     • If your order hasn’t shipped by the 6th business day, we are actively looking into the delay. Our team is aware of the issue, and we’ve escalated it to our Fulfillment Team to resolve it as soon as possible. Your patience is appreciated.
     • Kindly allow 3 more business days for us to provide your tracking number.

Delivery

1. It’s still within 7 to 20 business or 10 to 25 business days.
   • Here are some reasons why tracking information may not be available:
     • The initial scan for your package might only occur once it arrives at a regional hub close to the destination. This is especially true during busy shipping times when many packages are processed in bulk.
     • The first scan could occur only when the package is delivered.
     • You may experience delays in receiving tracking updates.
     • Certain shipping methods, such as Standard International, do not offer tracking information. However, you can be assured that your package will be delivered within the expected time frame of 20 to 25 business days, depending on your location.
   • Beyond 20 (for US) or 25 (for International) business days.
     • If there has been no update to your tracking information after 20 or 25 business days, please wait an extra 5 business days for your package to arrive. Packages are generally delivered on or shortly after the expected 20th or 25th business day.
   • Beyond 30 (for US) or 35 (for International) business days.
     • As a small business, we deeply care about our customers and understand how important timely deliveries are. We want to assure you that our team is actively monitoring your orders and addressing any delays. Our dedicated staff has escalated the issue to the Fulfillment Manager for swift resolution.
     • We kindly ask for your patience as we investigate the matter, and we promise to contact you via email within 2 to 5 business days with an update.

How are shipping and delivery dates calculated?

1. We calculate delivery estimates by adding the transit time to the estimated shipping date.
2. The delivery time for your order is determined by the shipping speed you select at checkout. We calculate transit time in business days, which typically excludes weekends. However, if you choose a weekend delivery option, those days may be included in the transit time. Additionally, public holidays will also be considered when determining the shipping time, as they can impact the delivery schedule.
3. For orders that need to arrive by a certain date, we may display an "order within" countdown timer. This timer shows the window of time in which you need to place your order to ensure delivery by the given date. Please note that the date may change before you complete your order, but once your order is placed, your confirmed delivery date will be provided in your confirmation email.

4. If you choose Free Shipping, your order will be delivered within 7 to 25 business days. We prioritize providing you with the best possible value by processing orders through the most cost-effective shipping methods. While this can sometimes lead to slight delays, please be assured that we are committed to making sure your package arrives within the promised delivery window.

Expedited Shipping

1. For us to provide you with the most affordable item, we seldom offer expedited shipping.
2. If it is available on the Shipping/Checkout page, the delivery is within 7 to 15 business days for US and 10 to 20 business days for International Shipping.
